Please reach out to the recruiting coordinator who scheduled your interview in the case you are unable to make your interview. If needed, they’ll assist with a fast rescheduling or cancellation. Please keep in mind that we only allow one rescheduling per event.

Your recruiter will usually get back to you in a week or less. Your recruiter will inform you about the anticipated timeframe if additional time is required.

Congratulations on your offer! To streamline your process: 

If you’re prepared to accept, please notify the schedule coordinator and your recruiter as soon as possible to cancel any upcoming interviews. 

Contact your recruiter if you would like to interview for PetsAgile further before deciding. Our goal is to respond to your inquiries and match our schedule with the closing date of your offer.

Team selection happens during the offer stage for several roles. The team will finalize the team approval of a conditional offer. Your recruiter will set up a conversation for introductions and inquiries with the team manager and promptly share details about the team.

Your level will be determined after the interviews. Our engineering and product levels are determined by standardizing the following factors: ownership, business insight, leadership, continuous improvement, and technical skills or product sense. Your recruiter will verify your level as determined by our recruiting board when you receive a conditional offer.

While doing all panel interviews in a single day is more efficient, inclusion is our top priority. If needed, split panels can be accommodated over two days. Please let our coordinator know about your circumstances and any limitations before scheduling to ensure we meet your needs.
