PetsAgile Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of petsagile.com and the services, features, pages, listings, profiles, reviews, forms, and tools offered through PetsAgile.
By accessing or using PetsAgile, creating an account, submitting a listing, claiming a business profile, contacting a provider, leaving a review, purchasing a paid listing feature, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. What PetsAgile Is
PetsAgile is a directory and business visibility platform for pet-related professionals and businesses.
PetsAgile may help users discover, compare, contact, and learn about pet service providers, including:
- Groomers
- Pet Sitters
- Dog Walkers
- Trainers
- Veterinarians
- Breeders
- Transporters
- Boarding Providers
- Pet Hotels
- Pet Stores
- Pet Photographers
- Other Pet Service Providers
PetsAgile may offer:
- Free Listings
- Paid Listings
- Featured Placements
- Advertising Products
- Business Profiles
- Reviews
- Claim Tools
- Other Platform Features
2. PetsAgile Is Not the Service Provider
PetsAgile is not a provider of pet care, veterinary, grooming, boarding, walking, training, breeding, transport, or other pet-related services listed on the platform.
Providers listed on PetsAgile are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of PetsAgile unless expressly stated otherwise.
PetsAgile does not supervise, control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the actions, omissions, quality, safety, availability, pricing, qualifications, licenses, insurance, or services of any third-party provider.
3. No Veterinary, Medical, or Emergency Services
PetsAgile is not a veterinary, medical, emergency, insurance, or professional licensing service.
Information on PetsAgile is provided for general discovery, comparison, and business visibility purposes only.
If your pet requires urgent care, medical advice, or emergency assistance, contact a qualified veterinarian or emergency service directly.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use PetsAgile only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
If you use PetsAgile on behalf of a business or professional provider, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Business Listings and Profiles
PetsAgile may display business listings and provider profiles based on information submitted by:
- Users
- Businesses
- Providers
- Public Sources
- Third-Party Sources
- PetsAgile Research
Business owners and providers are responsible for ensuring that listing information is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.
This includes:
- Business Name
- Location
- Contact Details
- Services
- Descriptions
- Photos
- Pricing References
- Opening Hours
- Qualifications
- Licenses
- Availability
PetsAgile may review, reject, edit, restrict, suspend, merge, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, duplicate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, unrelated to pet services, or inconsistent with our policies.
6. Claiming a Business Listing
PetsAgile may allow business owners or authorized representatives to claim a listing.
Claim requests may require verification of:
- Identity
- Authority
- Business Email
- Phone Number
- Website
- Business Registration Details
- VAT Number
- Professional License
- Other Supporting Information
PetsAgile may approve, reject, pause, or reverse a claim request if ownership or authority cannot be verified, if a dispute exists, or if platform integrity or safety concerns arise.
7. Verification
PetsAgile may offer verification labels or badges such as:
- Verified Contact
- Verified Business
Verification means that certain checks have been completed depending on the verification level.

- Service Quality
- Safety
- Insurance Coverage
- Legal Compliance
- Background Checks
- Professional Competence
- Availability
- Pricing Accuracy
- Customer Satisfaction
8. Reviews and User Content
Users may be able to submit:

You are responsible for the content you submit.
You must not submit content that is:
- False
- Misleading
- Defamatory
- Abusive
- Discriminatory
- Threatening
- Unlawful
- Infringing
- Private
- Spam
- Promotional
- Fake
- Paid
- Manipulated
- Unrelated to a Genuine Experience
PetsAgile may moderate, reject, edit, remove, restrict, or investigate content that appears to violate these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or platform integrity standards.
9. License to User Content
By submitting content to PetsAgile, you grant PetsAgile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Host
- Store
- Display
- Reproduce
- Adapt
- Publish
- Distribute
- Use
the content as needed to operate, promote, improve, and protect the platform.
You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and grant this license.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PetsAgile or use it for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
You must not:
- Interfere with platform security
- Scrape data without permission
- Impersonate others
- Manipulate reviews
- Submit fake listings
- Upload harmful code
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Harass users
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, qualifications, services, or business information
11. Animal Welfare and Professional Responsibility
Providers are responsible for complying with:
- Animal Welfare Laws
- Licensing Requirements
- Professional Standards
- Tax Obligations
- Insurance Obligations
- Health and Safety Rules
- Local Regulations
PetsAgile may remove or restrict listings, reviews, accounts, or content connected to:
- Animal Cruelty
- Unsafe Practices
- Illegal Breeding
- False Qualifications
- Serious Welfare Concerns
12. Paid Listings, Advertising, and Premium Features
PetsAgile may offer:
- Free Plans
- Paid Listings
- Featured Placements
- Advertising Products
- Premium Plans
- Subscriptions
- Other Paid Services
Paid visibility does not guarantee:
- Traffic
- Rankings
- Leads
- Bookings
- Reviews
- Revenue
- Customer Retention
- Business Growth
Pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refund rules may be described at checkout, in the relevant plan information, or in our Refund Policy.
13. Bookings and Payments
At launch, some bookings, communications, or payments may happen directly between users and providers outside PetsAgile.
PetsAgile is not responsible for:
- Agreements
- Payments
- Cancellations
- Refunds
- Disputes
- Service Delivery
- Incidents
arranged directly between users and providers outside the platform.
If PetsAgile later offers in-platform bookings or payments, additional terms may apply.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
PetsAgile may link to or integrate with:
- Third-Party Websites
- Maps
- Payment Providers
- Booking Tools
- Analytics Tools
- Social Media Platforms
- Provider Websites
- Other External Services
PetsAgile is not responsible for third-party content, policies, services, availability, security, or practices.
15. Intellectual Property
PetsAgile’s name, branding, design, software, platform structure, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by PetsAgile or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from PetsAgile materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

17. Disclaimers
PetsAgile is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be:
- Uninterrupted
- Error-Free
- Secure
- Complete
- Accurate
- Available at All Times
PetsAgile does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, reviews, provider information, pricing, availability, qualifications, licenses, or third-party content.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetsAgile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, bookings, customers, or reputation.
PetsAgile will not be liable for injury, damage, loss, dispute, incident, service failure, payment issue, cancellation, refund issue, or other matter arising from services provided by third-party providers or arranged outside the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PetsAgile’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to PetsAgile during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PetsAgile from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your Use of the Platform
- Your Content
- Your Listing
- Your Services
- Violation of These Terms
- Violation of Law
- Violation of Third-Party Rights
20. Suspension and Termination
PetsAgile may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, reviews, content, badges, or access to the platform if we believe there is:
- Violation of These Terms
- Legal Risk
- Safety Risk
- Fraud Risk
- Inaccurate Information
- Abusive Conduct
- Platform Misuse
PetsAgile may take such action with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, animals, business owners, providers, or the integrity of the platform.
21. Complaints and Reports
Users may report:
- Inaccurate Listings
- Fake Reviews
- Abusive Content
- Ownership Disputes
- Animal Welfare Concerns
- Intellectual Property Issues
- Privacy Concerns
- Other Violations

22. Changes to These Terms
PetsAgile may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and publish the revised version on this page.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Subject to mandatory applicable law, the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or the use of PetsAgile.
