Requirements and Experience
To join the Product Management team, at least 3-5 years of experience in Product Owner or Product Manager roles is required, with a focus on creating and managing products in the technology sector. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the full-stack product development process, from ideation to market delivery. Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello is essential.
The ability to manage the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams is critical for success in this role.
What the Candidate Will Do
The candidate will be responsible for setting the product vision, managing the product roadmap, and overseeing product development from start to finish. They will collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure the products meet user needs and are technically feasible.
Additionally, the candidate will develop strategies for new feature development, competitive analysis, and continuous improvement of products to stay competitive in the market. Day-to-day work will include monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and driving innovative solutions that enhance product development.
