Requirements and Experience

To join the Marketing team, at least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies, is required. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo. Knowledge of creating funnels, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer segmentation is also necessary for approaching users in the most effective way.

Experience in growth hacking, data-driven marketing, and performance marketing will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities and Expectations for the Candidate

The candidate will be responsible for the creation and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies, combining content marketing, paid media, and influencer marketing to maximize brand awareness and user engagement. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with the product needs and market trends.

The candidate is expected to drive SEO optimization, develop data-driven content strategies, and ensure they integrate user intent into the customer journey, resulting in increased conversions. They will also be tasked with analyzing marketing KPIs and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives.
