This agreement outlines the terms and conditions applicable to every business or professional who registers services on the PetsAgile platform.
“Provider”: any business or individual who lists professional services on PetsAgile.
“User”: any visitor who interacts with or books a service from a provider.
“Service”: any activity or offer published and displayed through the platform.
PetsAgile operates solely as a digital intermediary between users and independent service providers. The platform does not offer the services listed, nor does it employ or legally represent any provider.
Providers are independent professionals and are not considered employees, agents, representatives, or partners of PetsAgile. Use of the platform does not create any employment, agency, or representative relationship.
The provider represents and warrants that:
All information submitted in the listing is accurate, up to date, and lawful.
They possess the necessary licenses or professional qualifications to offer the services.
They are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and execution of the services.
No intellectual property rights of third parties are infringed (e.g., images, text, trademarks).
They will maintain up-to-date contact details, pricing, and service descriptions.
PetsAgile assumes no liability for damages, losses, accidents, injuries, or any other incidents arising from the use of services provided by third-party providers.
PetsAgile shall not be held responsible for any act or omission by the provider or the user, including but not limited to fraud, contract breach, or unlawful behavior.
The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
PetsAgile does not act as an arbitrator in disputes between providers and users. It may provide non-binding guidance strictly for quality assurance purposes.
PetsAgile bears no responsibility for any interaction or incident that occurs off the platform after an agreement has been made between a user and provider. The involved parties are solely responsible for any action, negligence, or damage.
Each provider may set their own prices freely. PetsAgile may withhold a commission fee from each transaction, as determined by the platform’s pricing policy.
The provider is solely responsible for their cancellation, refund, or change policy and must clearly state it in their profile.
The platform reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or remove listings that violate its terms or policies.
Temporarily or permanently ban a provider in case of severe violations or complaints, without prior notice, if there is a perceived risk to users or the platform’s reputation.
The provider agrees to cooperate in good faith with the platform in the event of complaints. PetsAgile does not intervene as an arbitrator but may act non-bindingly for reasons of quality and trust.
The provider agrees to comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and to handle user data with absolute respect and confidentiality.
Acceptance of this agreement is mandatory for submitting any service listing on the platform.
By submitting a listing, the provider acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement, as well as the platform’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
PetsAgile reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Providers will be notified via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
This agreement is governed by Greek Law. The courts of Thessaloniki shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable or invalid under the law of a specific country, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
PetsAgile shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures beyond its control.
In any case, the maximum liability of PetsAgile to any provider or third party is limited to the amount of commission received for the related transaction. Under no circumstances shall the platform be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of income, or loss of reputation.
