Requirements and Experience

To join the Business Technology team, at least 3-5 years of experience in enterprise IT is required, with strong knowledge in the development and management of technological solutions that enhance organizational operations. The candidate should have experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), as well as data integration and middleware platforms. Additionally, knowledge of DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and monitoring tools (such as New Relic or Datadog) is essential. The candidate should understand the importance of cybersecurity in business technology and have experience with security protocols, networking, and data encryption.
Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) will be highly valued, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that integrate technology with business processes.

Responsibilities and Expectations for the Candidate

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technological solutions that enhance the business processes at PetsAgile. They will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to analyze and implement business process automation (BPA) and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and productivity. On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will manage the cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and API integrations, identifying and implementing strategies to scale and optimize business processes.
The Business Technology team works in an agile environment, using Scrum and Kanban methodologies to implement projects. The candidate will need to manage backlogs, schedule sprints, and track team progress, while also evaluating and analyzing the performance of applications and systems through metrics and KPIs.
