Requirements and Experience

To join the General & Administrative team, at least 3-5 years of experience in administrative and managerial roles in technology companies or other dynamic environments is required. The ideal candidate should have experience in budget management, business process design and implementation, as well as supporting administrative functions in fast-paced environments. Excellent organizational skills, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in management tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is desirable.

Responsibilities and Expectations for the Candidate

The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, closely monitoring administrative processes, and optimizing support workflows. This role requires close collaboration with the Finance, HR, and Operations teams to implement innovative strategies that will help ensure the effective operation of the company. The candidate will also be responsible for supplier management, human resources management, and supporting the development of strategic plans that will drive business growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure are essential for this position.
