Requirements and Experience
To join the Community team, you’ll need at least 2-3 years of experience in community management, user experience, or content creation. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of social media tools and community engagement strategies, with experience on platforms such as Discord, Slack, or Reddit being a plus. A solid understanding of how data analytics influences community strategies is also beneficial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage dynamic relationships with users and internal teams are crucial for success in this role.
What the Candidate Will Do
The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategies that encourage user interaction and engagement with our PetsAgile products. You will create and manage online communities, organize events, and run campaigns that drive user involvement with our products. Close collaboration with the Marketing and Customer Success teams will be essential to enhance the overall user experience.
You’ll also be tasked with growing our online presence and managing the company’s reputation through content creation and strategic social media management. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating user engagement with content and continuously improving strategies.
