Requirements and Experience
To join the Sales & Customer Success team, at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or customer success roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology company, is required. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools to monitor and optimize performance. Experience with customer lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and churn reduction strategies is highly beneficial.
A proven ability to identify customer needs, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential for success in this role.
What the Candidate Will Do
The candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers. This includes understanding their goals, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring that our products deliver value. The role also involves working closely with the Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the product development process.
You will take an active role in driving customer engagement, reducing churn, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products, driving adoption, and increasing overall customer satisfaction.
