To join the Marketing team, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy. Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, as well as CRM tools and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo is essential. Expertise in creating funnels, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation is also important to effectively engage users.
The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that combine content marketing, paid media, and influencer marketing to maximize brand awareness and user engagement. They will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure that our marketing strategies are always aligned with product needs and market demands. The role also includes initiatives for SEO optimization and the development of data-driven content strategies that incorporate user intent and create experiences that lead to conversions.
The candidate should be comfortable analyzing KPIs and monitoring marketing performance metrics to deliver exceptional results. Continuous improvement of customer journeys and leveraging the marketing technology stack will also be key to ongoing success.
