Requirements and Experience
To join the Product Design team, you need at least 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with expertise in designing responsive interfaces and mobile-first design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture, as well as experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools. Skills in platform adaptation, human-centered design, and design thinking are also essential. Knowledge of frontend development (HTML/CSS) and design systems will be highly valued.
Responsibilities and Expectations for the Candidate
The candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) for our products. They will work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure that design decisions are technically feasible and align with user needs. The candidate will manage the entire design cycle, from initial user research and wireframing to creating interactive prototypes and final visual deliverables. Additionally, they are expected to follow agile workflows and collaborate with other teams for the continuous improvement of products.
