Requirements and Experience
To join the Product Management team, you need at least 3-5 years of experience in Product Owner or Product Manager roles, ideally in SaaS or technology companies. You should have a strong understanding of the full-stack product development process, from ideation to market release. Experience with agile frameworks and scrum methodologies to manage development cycles, as well as working with cross-functional teams, is essential. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana is a must. Additionally, you should have experience in understanding user stories and product roadmaps, with a focus on delivering products that meet both user and market needs.
Responsibilities and Expectations for the Candidate
As a Product Manager, you will have full ownership of the products from ideation to delivery and support. You will create product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and work closely with the UX/UI design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing product evolution. Furthermore, you will track product performance using analytics tools and A/B testing to enhance usability and overall user experience. On a day-to-day basis, you will focus on managing product requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring continuous product improvement.
