Requirements and Experience

To join the Sales & Customer Success team, at least 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably with experience in technology solutions or SaaS products, is required. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the technical features of software products, be able to translate technical capabilities into business value, and support customers throughout their product journey. Additionally, knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools for tracking and optimizing results is required. Skills in technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and understanding the customer lifecycle are also essential for effectively supporting and growing our customers.

Responsibilities and Expectations for the Candidate

The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the solutions we offer meet their requirements. They will work closely with sales and technical support teams to deliver high-quality services. Strategies to increase customer satisfaction and continuously improve their experience with PetsAgile products are also expected. On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will be involved in account management, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support.
